Helical pile installation on a commercial construction site

Commercial

Commercial Foundation Repair in Rifle, Grand Junction, Aspen & Nearby

As part of the Supportworks international contractor network, we install a complete line of commercial foundation products — helical piles, helical and tieback anchors, push pier underpinning, and crawl space jacks — for both remedial repair and new-construction deep foundations.

Foundation and geotechnical solutions

We work with general contractors, engineers, developers, and property managers throughout Colorado on projects where the soil will not carry the load as designed.

Because capacity is verified during installation, deep foundation systems can be engineered, installed, and documented on an accelerated schedule with far less spoil and site disruption than drilled or driven alternatives.

  • Helical piles and helix piers
  • Helical and tieback anchors
  • Push pier and underpinning systems
  • Grouted helical piles
  • Crawl space jacks
  • Foundation support data and documentation

New construction deep foundations

End-bearing deep foundations let you build on sites with weak surface soils, high water tables, or fill. Helical piles install with minimal vibration and noise and can be loaded immediately, which keeps tight schedules intact.

Remedial repair of existing structures

For occupied buildings, underpinning with push piers or helical piles stabilizes settlement without shutting the property down. Tieback anchors restrain retaining and basement walls under lateral load.

Property types we support

  • Retail, office, and mixed-use buildings
  • Multi-family and condo associations
  • Light industrial and warehouse slabs
  • Municipal and school facilities
  • Restaurants and hospitality on tight sites
  • Retaining walls and site structures

Western Colorado ground conditions

Commercial sites across Rifle, Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Grand Junction, Aspen, Basalt and Vail sit on very different soils: Mancos shale and expansive clay in Mesa County, saturated river-valley fill along the Colorado and Roaring Fork, gypsum-bearing soils in Eagle County, and steep, freeze-thaw exposed slopes around Aspen. Each one changes the pile depth and capacity we design for.

We install to verified torque and capacity, so the load path is documented for the engineer of record rather than assumed from a soils report alone.

How a commercial project runs

  1. 01

    Site review

We walk the site with your team, review the geotechnical report and structural drawings, and identify the load paths that need support.

  2. 02

    Engineered solution

Product selection, pile spacing, and capacity are engineered for the actual soil profile and stamped where the jurisdiction requires it.

  3. 03

    Installation

Crews install with compact equipment, minimal spoil, and low vibration so the building stays occupied and the schedule holds.

  4. 04

    Verification & documentation

Installation torque, depth, and capacity are logged per pile and delivered as a closeout package for the engineer and owner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with project engineers?
Yes. We provide product data, capacity documentation, and installation records, and coordinate directly with the engineer of record.
What size projects do you take?
Everything from a single-tenant commercial building to multi-family and light industrial sites across Colorado.
Can you work while the building stays open?
Yes. Push pier and helical pile installation uses compact equipment and low vibration, so most retail and office properties stay in operation during the work.
How quickly can piles carry load?
Helical piles are end-bearing and verified by installation torque, so they can typically be loaded immediately rather than waiting on concrete cure times.
